The most important thing is to decide how you will learn to become the person you want to be. What would your strategy be to get there?
To perform this task, you must write on one sheet who you are, on another who you want to become, and on the last how you are going to do it.

To do this, create a horizontal line that represents your life.
On this line, you will score a point in the middle, representing the “now”. Then you will begin to include the different situations and experiences that you have experienced in the past. Thus, you will be aware of what you consider important in your life.
The second part will fill a part of your future, pointing out your nearest and farthest goals
Finally, The key to managing others effectively is to first manage yourself. The more you know about yourself, the more you can relate to others on a basis of trust, self-confidence, and strength.
